MILLENNIUM HOUSE
Millennium House is a new 8 storey building which will be built on the current surface car park to the north of Custom House. Overlooking both Lloyd George Avenue and Bute Street, this contemporary brick building provides quality modern office accommodation with the benefit of proximity to all the services and facilities the Bay has to offer, including Mermaid Quay,The Wales Millennium Centre and of course, the newly completed Welsh Assembly Government debating chamber, the Sennydd.
